that means:- we prepare every lesson with materials designed to improve the specific language skills our students need most

that means:- we always have something interesting to say

- we are excellent listeners
- we think ahead the whole time - in every lesson at all times we know what we are going to do next
- we have a question or comment ready before the student has finished speaking

that means:- we ensure that every student is involved in every lesson
- we teach relevantly to each individual's needs, interests and wishes
